We had the nicest waitress named Katie and she was very courteous about her service and our needs. The food was great and the vibe was nice and energetic. We watched the College football championship game!

This was my first time returning in years. Parking has always been impossible. I returned and was pleasantly surprised. Our server Kate S, was attentive to our needs. She made our stay enjoyable. The cook made our meal presentation desirable. I will return based on our dining experience and well preparedness of our food entrées!

Our recent visit to this place left me with mixed feelings. Last time we dined here, the food was fabulous! However this time, it fell below expectations. The house salad was disappointing- it included a modest amount of lettuce, a quarter of a tomato, and a few carrot shavings. The ribs didn’t quite hit the mark either. On the brighter side, my husband found the Habanero Mango Chicken enjoyable. Plus, the service was top-notch.

Came in to grab a beer, it was loud so I cupped my hand over the side of my mouth to tell the bartender my order so she could hear me. She said "are you going to put your card on your mouth if your going to hand it to me". The card wasnt even touching my mouth but the experience was very rude and off-putting. I didn't give a tip. Besides the rude bartender, the vibe was good.

One of the happening places in the heart of Old Town - Gold Coast of Chicago. Great ambiance and music. Service is fast, the waitress was very attentive and made good recommendations. We had The German Pilsner Beer and a Kona Beer from Hawaii. We ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and since it was almost a Kitchen Closing time, we had to leave before ordering anything else. But would be back soon.

Only had appetizers but they were so delicious and the spiked iced tea.....I can't wait to go back for more. Best spinach dip I've have. Hot wings on point. Definitely will go back and the staff was so friendly.

The security at fireplace inn is quite comical. The tall/large man had the audacity to throw myself and friends out of the bar after one drink because we simply tried to make conversation with him. Careful which staff members you talk to! They will accuse you of the worst case scenario for simply an ego boost. Absolutely PATHETIC bar.
